We lovingly handcraft each hat and headpiece, and we appreciate that you allow us to do what we do best! Your order will be ready for dispatch within 1 business day.

During Spring Racing season (September to November), we dispatch orders made before 11am on the same day!

It's then in the hands of Australia Post to do their thing and deliver your goodies as quickly as possible, via the delivery service you choose at checkout.

Sale Items: We aren't able to offer change-of-mind refunds for on-sale or discounted items. These are considered final sales. However, we do offer returns in exchange for store credits (less shipping costs) that are valid for up to three years. Gift cards or vouchers cannot be used for sale items.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges and refunds will not be issued for any earrings.


Returns during Spring Racing Carnival season (September to November):
You can return one (1) full-priced (i.e. non-sale) item (or the first item in a multiple-item order) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange if the item is in perfect unworn condition with all original tags, packaging intact and undamaged.


We are also happy to offer a credit note for change-of-mind returns for every other item after the first one in a multiple-item order.

As a small slow-fashion label, we handcraft 95% of our products, and we make your order when we receive it. We appreciate your support of the hard work we put into crafting, packing and sending out your headwear piece.
