The fashion fun has officially begun! Sydney Everest Carnival was launched on 2 September 2025, at The Stables at Royal Randwick.

Attended by media personalities and fashion leaders in Sydney, the long lunch marks the beginning of a series of exciting events. And we're honoured to be part it — represented by one of our team members, Poppy Ericson, on behalf of our Founder and Creative Director Chantelle Ford.

If the fashions at the launch are any indication of what's to come for the rest of the Spring Racing Carnival season, we're in for a treat. Bold colour and an emphasis on sleek, chic silhouettes dominated the looks of the day. The pillbox hat emerged as a popular choice, but the classic boater and padded headbands also made an appearance.
